Our professional load planning and dispatching services focuses on seeking out high quality loads for owner operators and trucking companies with the goal of keeping deadhead miles low and profit margins high
Our dispatch agents search for appropriate loads for our carrier's equipment type, secure and negotiate rates, complete all new carrier packets, provide check calls and offer over the road assistance to each carrier

ALL of our dispatchers work on 100% commission. So it benefits them to secure you higher paying, quality loads

Our dispatchers are never assigned more than 5 trucks, ensuring you get the attention you deserve!
Tiers and Packaging Details

We offer three different Tiers of service depending on the type of equipment that your business is running
*If you are running equipment that fits into multiple categories, please send our office an email and we will be happy to formulate a package for your company's needs.
TIER I
48' or 53' Dry Vans, 48' or 53', Flatbed/Lowboy/Stepdeck/RGN, Reefer, Power Only Class 8
Your personal dispatcher will find loads in your preferred lanes and negotiate the best rate for your services as well as be the primary liaison between the broker/shipper/receiver and you, the carrier. And if you're hauling for a new broker, we will do all of the setup, too!
7% fee* (MC over 90 days)
8% fee* (MC under 90 days)
*percentages are based on the gross amount of each negotiated load (including detention, increased rates, etc.)and invoiced weekly
TIER II
Flatbed Hotshots
Your personal dispatcher will find loads in your preferred lanes and negotiate the best rate for your services as well as be the primary liaison between the broker/shipper/receiver and you, the carrier. And if you're hauling for a new broker, we will do all of the setup, too!
8% fee* (MC over 90 days + CDL)
10% fee* (MC under 90 days*** + CDL)
NON-CDL Hotshot*** Fees
10% fee regardless of MC age
*percentages are based on the gross amount of each negotiated load and invoiced weekly (including detention, increased rated, etc.) and billed weekly
**once MC ages at 90 days, fees are automatically dropped to 8%
***MC's under 90 days and Non-CDL hotshots are required to have one 90 minute consulting appointment $150
TIER III
3 or more trucks** (MC must be 1 year +)
Your personal dispatcher will find loads in your preferred lanes and negotiate the best rate for your services as well as be the primary liaison between the broker/shipper/receiver and you, the carrier. And if you're hauling for a new broker, we will do all of the setup, too!
5% fee*
*percentages are based on the gross amount of each negotiated load and invoiced weekly
